Robert actively develops and oversees the firm's overall vision and investment strategy. He works directly with leadership to set and execute key growth initiatives and provide oversight of all investments. He continuously analyzes the national and regional economic trends that impact the firm's focus on single- and multi-family investments.

Robert is a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry with extensive experience and knowledge in acquisitions and dispositions, asset and construction management, residential development, and financing. Before founding Urban Row Group, he founded and operated Wiseman Homes, raising nearly $75 million in various real estate syndications for single- and multi-family developments across the Houston metro area. Robert has been a licensed Texas real estate broker since 2009 and is also a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders, and is a TREC-approved MCE Instructor.
